Happy Halloween!

After

Before

This was a great Halloween! Let me first off say how nice it is to be home and not working on Halloween. For years I've been working and rushing to get home because it's the last day of the month. Not anymore though...I am so grateful to not have to work full-time anymore!!!
That being said...Halloween was more enjoyable for us! We carved pumpkins with the Warnicks the Monday before. My mom sent the kids a bunch of pumpkin carving stuff and the pumpkins were provided by the Warnicks garden (pretty impressive, huh?) Tanner worked so hard and long on his pumpkin and it paid off because it looks great!
Halloween night we went to Greg's work for a fun Halloween party! Tanner won first place in his costume (pictures were taken by Greg's co-workers and haven't been emailed to me yet). He was Greg's boss. For first place he received a $25 gift card so he was stoked about that! Ty was a little dog and just the cutest little puppy we've ever seen! As you can see in the picture above, Tanner and Carter just loved our little puppy too!
Tanner had his first "party" on Halloween night. We loaded up on treats and 5 kids from our ward came over and watched Arachnaphobia. The ride to and from the boys houses was so entertaining for me. It's funny the things they talk about at this age!
The Jeppersens had us over for funnel cake and wassle. They are such a neat family. We really love our ward here. Everyone is so nice and friendly and they've just made us feel right at home.
We're just really enjoying our new simple life here in Montana :)

I love Tanner's pumpkin - that's hillarious! And I love the costumes! We sure did miss all you Hoopers at the Halloween party! It's just not the same without you guys there! I'm glad you had a good Halloween though.

I'm glad you love Montana. Sounds like you have a wonderful ward and good friends and of course having a sister close is great too. Your boys look like they are doing well. Will you be in Utah for Christmas??? Missed you all for Halloween.

I love Tanner's pumpkin! That is hysterical! Check out my blog again! It has a poll question about the BYU-Utah game that you can vote on!

The Jazz beat up Shaquille O'Neal's team last night! Andrei Kirilinko had two fabulous blocks on Shaq! And, Ronnie Price (who went to UVU) stole the ball from Steve Nash, which just left him sitting on the floor wondering what had happened!
